CASTLE GYM WELLBEING GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Castle Gym Ltd (the “Promoter”), registered in the United Kingdom, with its principal place of business at 30-38 Maid Marian Way,
Nottingham NG1 6GF.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:
- Are aged 18 years or over
- Are resident in the United Kingdom
- Live within 25 miles of NG1 6GF.
The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age, identity, and residency and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
4. Promotional Period
The prize draw opens at 9:00am on 08/01/2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 19/02/2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
Entries submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the official giveaway entry page operated by the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
Only one base entry per person is permitted.
Multiple entries using multiple email addresses, automated systems, scripts, or third-party services are not permitted and may result in disqualification.
6. Bonus Entries
Entrants may earn optional bonus entries by completing additional actions displayed on the giveaway entry page. These may include, but are not limited to:
Following the Promoter and collaborator on social media platforms
Sharing the giveaway on social media
Pre-registering on the official Castle Gym website
Bonus entries are entirely optional and are not required to enter the prize draw.
Where bonus actions cannot be automatically verified (including social media story shares), the Promoter reserves the right to verify such actions prior to confirming any prize award. Failure to provide verification upon request may result in the relevant bonus entries being disqualified.
7. Prize Pool
The total prize pool has a combined value of £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds sterling).
Prizes may include, but are not limited to:
Gym memberships
Personal training packages
Clothing and merchandise
Coffee or café credit
Experiences and additional bonuses
The exact composition, quantity, and allocation of prizes may be finalised during the Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value where necessary.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period, including valid bonus entries, using a fair and unbiased method.
All prizes will be drawn after the Promotional Period has ended.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner Notification
Winner(s) will be notified using the email address provided at entry within 30 days of the closing date.
If a winner:
- Cannot be contacted
- Does not respond within 7 days of notification
- Is found to be ineligible
the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
10. Publicity
By entering the prize draw, winners agree to the Promoter using their name and/or social media handle for reasonable promotional purposes related to the giveaway and gym launch, unless the winner requests otherwise in writing.
11. Data Protection
Personal data submitted by entrants will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that their email address will be added to the Promoter’s mailing list and used to send marketing communications, including updates, offers, and information relating to the gym launch.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in all emails.
Personal data will be used to administer the prize draw, contact winners, and for marketing purposes as outlined above.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
13. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform.
By entering, participants release all such platforms from any responsibility or liability in connection with the prize draw.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
