Welcome to our ground floor strength equipment area, featuring over 75 high-quality machines from Gym80. With more than 200 exercises available, you can tailor your workout to meet your fitness goals. Enjoy a motivating atmosphere with custom lighting, a state-of-the-art sound system, and climate control to keep you comfortable while you train.

In addition to our extensive range of machines, we offer a variety of pin and plate systems, robust rigs and racks, and dumbbells that go up to an impressive 100kg. You'll also find unique pieces of equipment crafted from custom stingray leather, ensuring both durability and style as you elevate your training experience.

CARDIO MASTERED

Explore our vibrant cardio floor, equipped with the latest gear from Star Trac and StairMaster. You'll find 10 top-notch treadmills, 8 stairmasters, and 14 diverse bike styles, along with a variety of HIIT machines. The layout is designed for open floor classes, making it the ideal space to boost your cardio workouts and join in on group sessions. Plus, our embedded cardio machines feature cutting-edge touchscreen technology, allowing you to enjoy a wide range of entertainment apps. Catch up on the latest TV shows on Netflix or play games while you work out!

DEDICATED GLUTE ROOM

Welcome to our glute zone located upstairs! This is the largest dedicated glute area in the UK, featuring 14 unique machines that offer over 20 different exercises. Our equipment, sourced from Gym80, is customized in a charming baby blue colour and includes a mix of pin and plate-loaded machines. You're sure to discover something you've never encountered before.

We've put a lot of effort into ensuring this room feels private and safe, making it a welcoming space for everyone to use.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Introducing our impressive 15-meter Custom Castle Gym Track, designed with three spacious lanes for your workout needs. All our functional equipment comes from Primal Strength, ensuring top quality. Make the most of this area with a fantastic selection of kettlebells, dumbbells, plyo boxes, battle ropes, prowlers, and more. We're constantly updating our inventory with new gear for you to try out!
